beauty and the beast
 

so today i saw the most amazing sight and the most depressing all in one day.

this morning while driving doewn the freeway i looked in my rear view and there was a R8, i slowed and let him get next to me and drooled untill i exited the free way. this was the 1st one i have seen on the road and it was amazing!!

then on the way home from work i was at a stop light and whats to my left, a frigen riced out sunfire, the funniest part was they put a giant whale tale rice spoiler on the back and left the factory spoiler on as well, then apon further inspection the rear bumper had exhaust ports but under the bumper was a shinny chrome ass can muffler, god it killed my geat R8 high.

just thought i'd share my story

I has in shock an aww of the ugly thing and was about to pull out my phone and but the light turned green and he took off, sounded like an 800 lb man rippen the loudest fart i have ever heard.

Not sure about anyone else, but a riced-out Sunfire wouldn't kill the buzz from an R8 street sighting for me.

i saw my first r8 sitting in front of a bagel shop just minutes before walking in to go see Iron Man. I snapped a few pics but left because i could see the owner looking at me while I was doing my work. I then went to the movie, aka a huge audi commercial and my day was made!

Ha... sounds like the R8 was the beauty AND the beast cuz the sunfire don't sound worthy of either. I see too many ricers every day to even pay mind to them.

if you think the sunfire is bad, you should see the 96 accord some kid has at SUNYBU. he's got dual exhaust that are crooked, chrome cutouts for the front fenders, chrome trim around the wheel well, windows, front grill, hood, doors, trunk door and door handles. it's got factory wheels on the back with ultraleggera looking 15s in the front. car is green with gold front wheels and alloy rear wheels. i think that's pretty comparable to the recent earthquake in china
