That's pretty bad. If he was even close to half the player that Jordan was, then he would be in the NBA and not have to waste time filing lawsuits that have no chance. I'm sure that Nike is shaking in their boots over this guy.

The only people that win here are the lawyers. I would bet money one of his lawyer friends suggestest this idea. We all know he wont get a dime for this, like those McDonalds suits. They are big news when the suits get filed for insane millions but even if they win their check is in the 10s of thousands. Thats not good enough for the news so it never gets aired.
