I got quite a shock... I called miramar audi here in san diego, to get the latch system installed for my son's car seat.

Get this... FREE OF CHARGE for parts and install.

On top of that... I get a free courtesy car during the service... whoa.

This is the type of thing that breeds Audi 4 life customers.

I know we knock the stealerships constantly, but have you guys had any experiences like this?
