First!

That's good stuff. I sometimes wish I never signed up for the do not call registry...

I get telemarket calls all the time at work and my boss becomes Pinky the owner of a strip club and im JoJo his "interviewing" manager. It never works out to be as funny as that though.

doesn't matter WHAT you say...

just keep 'em talking for as long as possible...

they're time-with-customer is a measurable metric...

if they DON'T get the sale it throws their average (and, usually, their "base-rate" for pay) way off the longer you have them on the phone...

try asking them about the weather where they are...
or, their family...
or, whet kind of car they drive...

ANYTHING to keep them on the line...

I get people calling my house every once in awhile... I guess the "Do Not Call" list isn't getting to the right people. Maybe one of these days, I'll try something like that.

Sometimes my brothers would start yelling at each other like we were fighting while picking up the phone, then let it go into what sounds like a wrestle/fight. If they stay on the phone during that they usually ask if everything is OK and we rant and cry about how are boyfriend is an abusive *******.
