i say he is just some wierd sicko that is infactuated by JonBenet Ramsey so much he is claiming that he killed her
his story doesnt add up and his friends and family have allibies (sp) for him also
so this is a weird one

 

I never was too much into this case but and i can see evidence he could have but i can also see the argument that he didnt kill her. im voting he did just to put the the theory that you cant get a jury to convict. otherwise i would say this is inconclusive because the original investigation was blotched and the now since we have a suspect dosent mean we can tie him to the murder through forensics.
