did you feel the earth move?
there was a 5.2 earthquake about 130 miles east of st louis at 4:36 a.m and lasted for about 20 -30 seconds. i happened to be awake at the time so i knew exactly what it was.
pretty cool. doesn't happen much here in the midwest. the news said it was 7 miles underground. |
RE: did you feel the earth move?

RE: did you feel the earth move?
omg JUST NOW....ANOTHER ONE. ABOUT THE SAME AS BEFORE!!!!
news just said this one was 4.5. i know it's no biggie to the california people, but us midwesterners aren't use to this. we're tornado people, not earthquake people. |
RE: did you feel the earth move?
Both of those sound pretty good, And your right I would probably doo doo in my pants if I heard a Tornado was on the way.
|
RE: did you feel the earth move?
Felt it on top of my hill in the Ohio valley. I thought it was a tornado because the house makes that noise when the wind is pounding it. Then realized there was no storm. ? Then I figured it was a UFO do a fly by and started looking for a class of water to throw on any aliens that might still be around. But the dog didn't even bark so figured I was safe. |
RE: did you feel the earth move?
alright I'm 0-2 for feeling these earthquakes and if you can feel them in the valley shouldn't I feel them in C-bus???
|
RE: did you feel the earth move?
COOOOOL! I wish i got to feel an earthquake, allthough i am on the 11th floor right now so that might not be so fun
|
RE: did you feel the earth move?
Your first earthquake is definitely an experience...
I lived in the San Francisco Bay area in 89 when we had the huge earthquate that broke part of the bay bridge. I'm pretty sure that was a 7.1? |
