Left with my Mom, sister, and brother thursday night after work and arrived in Duluth at about 1:30 AM at our mini cabin thingy (see pic) for the night. I took lots of pics, mostly macro shots of some killer flowers I (call me gay and I'll e-bitch slap ya). Rate my "artistic" shots if you want, I took all these with a Nikon Coolpix L1. It's a decent digital camera I picked up for a couple hundred bucks, but nothing special. On to the pics:

some good photos man but way too many flowers. maybe if your into all that close up stuff u could find some funky bugs or something. some of the water ones are the best imo.

 

Dude, you need to come to California and take pictures of women or cars. No more flowers. LOL j/k

Hey that place looks real familiar! lol I LOVE Duluth man, we used to go up there every year to go camping on the north shore of Lake Superior, it is so beautiful up there in the summer. In the winter it is a frozen hell hole though.. haha Great shots, repin' Minnesota right bro!!!

 

Hell yeah!! MN fecking rules. The reason there's so many flowers is I enjoy taking shots with vibrant colors, no bugs up there to catch. Actually I was trying to get a shot of this bee on one of the flowers but the bastad kept moving on me...

 

I love MN, every year, I go up to brainard on Gull lake at a resort called Craguns...... god how I love the cool resturants you can drive your boat to, and being able to buy those pull tab cards to win money in the resturants

Those are some nice, pics are really crisp. I like taking close up pics and focusing out the background but it never comes out right. Were you using macro lense?
