1) This company is f*cked up that is ridiculous there are extenuating circumstances that are causing him to break his lease. 2) Pay the rent in advance (im sure they could get people to help, I would) 3) No need for 6 (i think i counted right) kids. That sucks, I feel worse for the kids losing their dad than the money. Nastygram sent.
