Even though I'm an STi fan/owner, the Evo's are great. Very sharp and direct, and the look grows on me. Lag is more noticable but when they spool it takes off. The interiors f-ing suck but thats not what you buy them for are they

Yea i tend to like the look of STi's more (eventhough the knew subaru grills are questionable). But the Lancer is slighty quicker (atleast 0-60) because of its 5spd vs the 6spd in a STi. I kno the interiors suck...cheap materials, but yea, not why you buy them. And they have nice Recaro seats too. Brembo brakes...and yea i've heard of the clutches bein weak, but im not worried about it. Gotta see if this thing has any major problems...i dont know why this guy would be selling it.

I actually prefer the look of the Evo now, over my beloved STi. Only because the STi attracts so much negative attention - boy racers in their SRT4 thinking they can beat you, every ricer in his Honda Civic wanting to race you, and every cop eyeing you up as a no good punk kid, even though I'm 30 y.o. The Evo doesn't receive nowhere near as much attention thank God.
