That list is totally bogus, its based on whos hot in the media, not just on looks. If you minus the makeup half those chicks look pretty average. Looks to me like some positions in the top 20 were bought, publicist will do almost anything to get their clients in the limelight. Leaann Tweeden 47 and paris hilton 11, yea right, I rest my case. Jenny McCarthy is freakin hot cuz shes so open about sex, gotta love it. Don't get me started on Paris Hilton that ugly, no talent rich twig. You gotta be a insane to think shes hot in any way shape or form.

 

it has mostly to do with the fact shes so fake.. a lot of make up.. dye your hair blonde, wear blue contacts, and have an IQ of 61... just tends to slightly take away from everything.
