flat tire, is the sidewall patchable?
like the subject says, i got a flat a few days ago. got a hole in the sidewall. is the sidewall of a tire patchable/plugable? or am i just gonna need to get a new tire?

No way dude, got to replace the tyre. And depending on how recently it was replaced before now, might as well go ahead and at least replace the tyre one the other side, if not all four.

Sidewall tear = just replace it.
If its on the tread and small enough its fairly easilly patchable, my left rear is like that right now with no problems for months however the sidewall is another matter.

dont you have road insurance or something.if not then since there 2-3 months old. just get a new tire, yeah youll probably be down 100 or dollars but, the thread wear will be ok.
