It is borderline. Spam is generally consider to be unwanted postings. WE tend to define it as "for commerce" postings by non-vendors/sponsors. It's a FB page, so unless JBone14 is actually Mark Zuckerman, they can't possibly gain any financial advantage form posting a FB page, can they?
