i've got a hookah that i take out every now and then. it's pretty nice and i don't think it's really a problem if you don't do it too much.

I'm planning a trip to Turkey next year, one and only thing on my shopping list is an authentic hookah. While the fancy glass things you can get at a head shop are nice, i want the real deal, something that doesn't scream, hey, lets get wasted on this piece of paraphenalia. Im also gonna try to pick up some rally car parts, and see what fits on my car. (I have a turkish friend who races)

This thread is back from the dead.

achTTung - Get youself some honey fermented tobacco and plenty of the real charcoal bits that they place on top of it while in Turkey. The fermentation may be more common in Egypt, but those damn Turks like everything strong as well, so I but you can find it there.

On another topic - for smoking weed you can get a small fish tank and connect one of the air pumps to a bowl that you can light and then enclose while turning on the air pump. That totally incinerates the weed and fills the tank with smoke under pressure. You run 3-4 tubes off of the tank and put tight clips on the end of each tube. When you want some smoke, then you just release the clip and it shoots into your mouth. It's smooth enough to shoot it up your nose as well. Some fishtank hits will always make for a crazy night.

I love how in 2005 they said "a new age way of smoking is a vaporizer."

these kids don't know ****

I smoked a vaporizer for the first time in 2000 and I'm sure it was around even before then. as for it costing 600 dollars you can do the same thing by welding a socket to a soldering iron and turning it on while inclosed in some kind of bubble with a hose attached.

ps. love how i said "kids" while being 25 myself. sometimes i consider myself old.

my buddies and me smoked an eighth out of a hooka in an attic. It was some sticky sticky icky too. I had an awesome time. Other than that i usually smoke a good old joint, and if i'm with 3 or more friends a blunt.
