How to address my audi servicing woes

Incident Summary

Vehicle reported for schedule second servicing on 24th inAudi Gurgaon India
The service advisor explained me what all will be done in the vehicleand gave me an estimate attached
On being told that vehicle is having 5yearys maintenance package ,I was told 5 items are not covered ( labelled 1 to 5 ) and one item Is to be paid by me .
To me these 5 items are were being overcharged or under delivered , acase of clear cheating and overcharging
Having taken up with Audi service I am given an explanation of theseitems as optional …’’

This serious overcharging ,cheating by Audi is uncalled for .

second incident face by my colleague

Havefaced the same music wherein despite a comprehensive insurance A pinch shockdamage on the tyre has been blamed on “low pressure tyre gone in a ditch” andMicheline tyres refused warranty replacement. AO tyre cost is 48K. I fail tounderstand if these high value tyres are fit for Indian roads or only AutoBan!!

Thisis the second tyre for me for replacement in last 1 year of the usage. W/o anyhelp but sweet words from Audi
