If you're referring to a sig pic, you must go to the My Profile section (up at the top near your inbox). About halfway down there is a box for sigs. Insert the hosted pic between the image tags
[IMG]insert pic URL here[/IMG]. Then when you post, you must make sure that the "add my sig" box is checked, I think it's also in the My Profile area that you can select to have it always added.
