How to get out of a Speeding Ticket?
Well if I got a ticket every time I crossed over the 150mph marker in my Audi S4 I wouldnt be here writing this nice e-mail! Fortunately the S4 is way faster than anything the CHips has to offer.
In one year with my 2 Audi's I have managed to rack up 5 tickets in 12 months (thank god for traffic school) I invested in a good radar detector as well as the CHP-11-99 foundation which helps but bruttal cops dont give a ****.
1. 91 in a 55 written as 84 in a 55 (more like a 100 in a 55)
2. unsafe passing (total ******* bullshit)
3. illegal use of multiple beams (cop was a dick)
4. close to a 100 in a 55 written as 85 in a 55 (that cost me $351 and a 30 day restriction, Marin County what can I say) The cop was super nice said I was racing a truck and he wanted to throw me in jail for the night, I got real lucky but to my defense anyone knows that you can smoke a pickup with an Audi with your eyes closed, thats not racing.
5. and finally 70 in a 55. Cop said he paced me at 80 plus and that I had passed him at a "blinding speed". He lowered the ticket from 80 to 70 after seeing my 11 99 badge but refused to let me off.
6,7,8 Speed tickets, nice cops who let me go. thank you very much high way patrol.
The German Autobahn has proven that drivers can drive fast and safe(it is faster and safer to drive on the autobahn than on our interstate highway system!. America continues to denny this truth
If anyone knows a good way to get out of my last ticket 70 in a 55 unsafe speed I am all ears???????

The reason why it is safer to drive at high speeds on the Autobahn and not the US highway system is due to design. US highways are not maintained to support speeds in excess of 75mph which makes them dangerous. You'd be likely to hit a bump or pothole on the interstate here and go airborn. Don't compare our highways to Germany's...BIG difference.
I hate to be a dick but damn. Slow down. If you want to drive like you're on the Autobahn maybe you should move to Germany. That kind of driving is what gets people killed in the states. I don't care how good of a driver you are. Because in the end it's not about you. It's about the other people on the road, unforeseen dangers on the road (animals, surface imperfections, etc.) Go find a race track to drive fast on.

A racetrack that is a great idea, thanks and i am slowing down as I cant afford a single ticket for at least 18 months and you are kind of a dick, sorry I dont mean to be mean, I mean that and thanks for the advise.

I don't think he was being a dick... It's true that the autobahn works well over there, but that does nothing for your defense... because over here is nothing like the autobahn. To speed here, you end up weaving in and out of traffic, or at least you're going to go past people at a 'blinding speed'... somebody decides to change lanes in front of you, and it's all over. Slowing down seems wise... Good luck with the ticket situation.

If things are so bad that you are taking a lawyer to traffic court, then everyone, including the judge, knows that you have a serious speeding problem and will probably not let you off. Look, we all speed sometimes so no one can come down on you too hard, but you obviously need to learn to pick the times when you speed. Give up on trying to "get out of tickets"(doesn't happen all that often once the cop hands it to you) and just don't get them in the first place.

i think our freeways are maintained pretty well too, but not made for taht speed, more people, dumb people, and not everyone is going fast so that makes it worse, but yeah get a good lawyer and maybe get a slower car for a little while, ill let you use my a4 if you let me use your s4
