For real I keep a Dell lap top around to play games on. I love the sims and Morrow Wind and Empire Earth.

I'm sorry for you... Btw I don't wanna know the price tag on that computer... I'm way off technology, built my computer 3 years ago, and it can still run any game with ease.. only dropped 1.3k on it, which is to much in my opinion.

But I bet your Mac was what, slightly over 2 grand.... Kills me[>:]

 

My imac was 1300.00 dollars and my dell was 1600.00 dollars......and my imac has loads more features and memory

Nope final price tag after tax and shipping with both the MBP (MacBookPro) and Final Cut Studio 2 = $4,966!!!! AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH

But it will be worth it in the end.

I'm sure mac is good, I'm just a firm PC user... But PC isn't anything special... I just know my way around it well enough to do basic trouble shooting, I really lost all my computer talent, haha.. I couldn't even build one if I tried, anymore[&:]

 

Yeah see I am the opposite of you. I am A HUGE PC fan... well sort of... I know enough about them to know that windows sucks! I have built who knows how many PC's (mine in liquid cooled and a bunch of other stuff and I built it.) I am the go-to guy when it comes to PC's.

But now that I just dropped 5k into a mac... I know nothing about them. It's time to start learning!!!! WOOHOO!

LOL... i know it is bad... But like I said. 5K is a small price to get me where i really want to go! THE BIG SCREEN!!!
