Its kinda funny that speeding is a 3 day jail penalty, but the Swiss banks have Hitlers Billions of dollars in stolen Jewish property that they won't give back to families.

 

That report is not totally correct. That device is a radar antenna being either K or Ka band. It mentions in the story that the cop gets a reading while moving. They can not use laser while moving but radar is a entire different story. That type of low power radar uses a photo of the offender to support the ticket.

That type of radar is being used in the US but they are used in vans and suv's and are stationary photo radar vans. They are even used in my area (Wa.st) and are widely used in AZ.

I have not seen or heard the use of moving photo radar being used, but what starts in europe comes to the US very quickly.
