even though I work for Apple I never jail-broken my iphones.... is there an AIM program that will run in the background and stay online all the time?

How much do you pay a month for the service if you don't mind me asking?

Curious if monthly service for 3G is cheaper.

$70, 450 min + unlimited data.

Background AIM app wont be out until September when Apple gets the infrastructure in place to push events over the network to Apps that would normally run in the background.
