I did not like it at ALL!!!!! It feels so... how would you say it... light and unsafe!

Yes it does get up and go (I think my car is still faster though... not off the line but overall it is) but once you hit about 55-60 mph it just doesn't feel safe. The steering is really floaty feeling. You can turn the wheel each way a bit and it doesn't do anything. It just feels like I am going to die if I hit anything.

I love my S4!!!!

Just thought some of you might want to know that. LOL

It was stock... They changed the suspension and everything on the sti though didn't they?

Funny that you post this but I got a ride today after work in my friends WRX. Dunno what year, it may have been a 2002. It looked like this;



He's running straight pipes on it and it sounds great. Gotta love that Boxer engine.

STi's are amazingly fast.

You should compare the S4 to the STi.

wrx s dont not feel safe to me. my friend has one and above 70 they feel like they are going to fall apart. on the other hand sti s are a great cars. they are stable at high speeds and handle very well. when i get back im going to have my friend race me in a chiped a4 vs his wrx to see who wins.

i got a buddy that has an early wrx and he said that is slow...... we haven't had a chance to run..........but by talking to him...... sounds like the a4 with what i have done to it will make for a fun time
