Surprisingly I kind of dig this (Considering I hate everything you've done to your car Brian).

Kidding!

Maybe if the rings were placed a bit further up it would look better.

Naw me and my dad tried that, and then it looked like I had the inability to center them or something.

eh, not for me... it would look sweet on a mesh grill and the rings up a little so they were centered vertically... but as long as you like it sweet deal!
