Default Looking for a new Audi!

All right, I'm in the market for a new Audi. My first car was an old 1994 Audi Cabriolet. Now looking for something new, powerful, and Quattro! There is a few things that I am looking for in the next car.
1. It must be tunable!
I want something that I can tinker on for awhile. Can't be like my cabriolet, that poor car was to much of a odd car that no one really made anything for it, couldn't swap an engine or anything without major fabrication.
2. I would prefer a coupe
Doesn't have to have to be but I already have a 4 door I'm happy with.
3. Would love to have a 5 cylinder engine in it!

I've looked a lot into older audi's, but they are pretty expensive, and i really like the luxury of the newer cars. I was thinking of a TT but I can find much on swapping a 5 cylinder into them.

I'm really looking forward to reading what you all are thinking. I should add that I'm not a rich guy, no R8's!!! and I prefer to work on my own cars.

Thanks guys,

Not sure if you have found a new vehicle yet, I am a sucker for the B5 S4. Check out this site maybe they have something you may be interested in ( a lot of variety).

Good luck with your search!

Thanks for the reply! I've just been keeping my eyes open for one. I've been more and more looking towards the a4/s4 Audi's. This is going to be my first car that I buy because I want one........not because I'm in desperate need for a working car. :P

I'm currently really considering getting A6 now. Just love the style it has and also a friend of mine that works at DSRLeasing had it for a long time and was very pleased with it overall.

I agree with you here! Audit A4 or S4 is a good choice! Anyway, what do you prefer, buying or leasing a car? I will reply here in your answer.

I'd prefer to buy. Not looking for a new car, just one that I can tune, and modify! The a4/s4 seems to have a fair amount of after market parts. I'm open to suggestions though.

Alright guys......I have found a 2006 Audi A4 2.0l engine that has 157000 miles. Supposedly it needs a head gasket. it has a MULTITRONIC transmission. Just wondering about the engine in it really. I don't know much about it. One day swap it to a manual, possibly make it a Quattro as well. From what I have seen that can happen pretty easily.
