My sister has a 1999 Saab 9-5 2.3 with ~135k kilometres on it. Typically, she hasn't been maintaining it well and now she needs to replace a head gasket because coolant is seeping through. It apparently might be the "slendor head", as per her mechanic. Is this a possible DIY?? What might this entail?....I'm up to the challenge...if it's reasonable.

^^^^word. i was considering a saab but i setteled on audi for a reason. dont mean to be too mean but im sure there are saab forums out there...
