Default making the forum easier to use

does anyone know if there's any settings i can change (maybe something with the cookies) that can make my computer keep better track of the threads i view?? every time i open a new browser, i lose all the info as to which threads i've viewed or not. most of the time it's not a big deal, but sometimes it makes me miss threads and gets annoying...

If you click on your screenname, in the "thread starter," or "last post" columns it will show you your last 10 posts, I think. Maybe last 15. That's how I keep track of where I've dumped my load, anyway.
