I am still ******* shook right now.. i don't even know how I am even alive(thank you AWD).. this happened Feb 11th 2008 @ 7PM EST (tonite)

I am going on I-95 south and this ******* lady cuts me off, no signal, no nothing; so I high beamed. She ******* hit her brakes HARD. As if it was my ******* fault. ******* bitch.

I hit my brakes, ,my car starts drifting, (there's ******* cars behind me) i try to get control of it and end up doing a 180. and i don't know how, but the 180 ended on the break down lane facing on coming traffic. THANK GOD IT WASN'T IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ******* HIGHWAY... so ******* lucky.
I thought needed to share this experience with you all.

I didn't hit anything, no damage on the car-- but staring death in the eye like that, is just enlightening. no cops showed up, i just turned around and left. caught up to the ******* lady honked at her like no tomorro--should of followed her home. But didnt seem like a good idea.

 

Glad your ok, definately don't follow her home. Whenwomen are irritated, there is no telling what they could do! Probably shoot a few rounds at you.

yea thanks. When i caught up to her she ******* switched lanes and gave me all the room in the world. I hope she learned a lesson to not fvck with cars like that on the road. especially after cutting them off

yeah thanks. I am very surprised I am still alive and able to get out of that situation in one piece. I just got this car, losing it this early would just be devastating.

 

o0o0o man then people wonder why there is road rage... i had somthing similar happen to me a few weeks back, some dirtbag in a probe was driving like an idiot and turned pretty much into me if i didnt swerve then his drivers side door would have met my side marker thats how dumb he is, that pissed me off but then he cuts me off again forcing me to swerve into oncomming traffic, as he almost ropes a friggin car turning left he darts across 4 lanes of both direction traffic, so i am all pissed and i have two buddies with me, so i turn into the plaza right up the road, cut across that and start lookinf for him, well he pulled into kfc parking lot so i jerk my car around and pull in next to him and we all jump out of the car and chase him in there, evidently he works there and wouldnt come out so we just sat there and called the police and got the scum a few ticketsgood thing your ok!!!

the same kind of thing happened to me once, but i went out of contol because of ice. when i spun around i was facing oncoming traffic, but luckily there was no one coming, so i hurried off the road and just sat there for awhile to compose myslef. it's always scarey when that kind of thing happens....especially when you probably alreadyhad the adreneline pumping just from being angry at the lady. you did the right thing. gald you're ok.

 

Next time record the license plate # and report the vehicle. Most places have laws that prohibit SLAMMING ON YORU BRAKES for no reason! You might not get any sort of resolution but, people like that tend to behave like that with others, too! If enough complaints come in over a short enough period of time the police WILL generally investigate.

Not a perfect solution, but it's about the best you can hope for, given teh circumstances.
