thats not too bad for your age... Where are you from also.. that can make a big difference. Something you may be able to do for a summer job would be paint houses. thats what i did my last year in high school and first two years in college during the summers... i made 11 an hour..it was good money and your outside.

 

or you oculd try to be a valet somewhere..even with your current job maybe. You can make hella good money doing that.

i remember my first job back in high school...i made 8 bucks an hour and i felt RICH, all my friends were jealous...now i make more than twice that and i feel POOR...funny how the real world works, huh? fu<kin hilarious.[:@]

 

I'm going to orientation today for my new job - go kart mechanic.
It's only $8/hr, but it's pretty cool work as far as I can tell. According to the foreman, I'm mostly going to be rebuiilding transmissions because everybody tries to do a brake stand and instead of peeling out, they just burn out the clutch.

They also have a small paint booth

 

Forgot to add - I'm making $8.90 at my other job, doing pretty much nothing. When my friends ask me what I do at work, I tell them I do the least amount of work in the most amount of time. I'm due for a raise too
