yeah, im going to call shenanigans.. on that one, why would he only have 17 positive remarks stating that he is not a scam the lottery is for real.. but in his item description, he states that he is only doing this to try and get rid of some things in his life

It's crazy! I'd have bid 10K right off the bat, to get that 3000 dollar incentive... knowing I'd be outbid anyways (counting on peoples stupidity) So yeah... I get 3K in my paypal account (well, in theory) and some douche outbids me, freeing me of my obligation. Tight.

Dude, bid anyway. If the money doesn't go into your PayPal, you know he's not going to whine to eBay since it was a scam. If it does go into your PayPal and you don't get outbid, who cares? What is one negative on your account going to matter? Tell eBay that you heard from Czech Police that it was a scam so that's why you didn't fulfill your obligation and by the time they find out you're full of it, no one will care anymore.
