I recently purchased a Q7 and when I turned the sun visor down on the driver side a strong chemical smell like glue was released in the car. When you smell the fabric on the visor it smells very bad and unhealthy. Audi switched out the visor for a new one but the smell is still there, either in the ceiling area of the car at the visor or on the area that the visor flips up and connects to. Has anyone else experienced this? I can't use the visor at all. The scent is toxic.
