Wait'll she shows up (which will, undoubtedly be a l'il bit early) and FAKE A SEIZURE!!!

Know any cops? Have them all park their patrol cars outside your house (driveway, sidewalk, all over the lawn, etc...) with teh lights all lit up, before she get there.

Answer teh door NUDE!!!

Be waiting on the porch NUDE!!!

Start putting up your CHRISTMAS decorations, NOW!!!

Know any Bikers? See: Cops, above

Invite ALL of your relatives UNDER the age of 3 to your place the same day.

Know any cops II? Have one of them call her ad ask for some OUTRAGEOUS bail amount (for, murder, let;s say), the day before...

Know any cops III? Have her arrested!

I'll post more as they occur to me

Just tell them straight that you are not interested. Don't be afraid to say "NO". It can save you alot of time and hassles down the road!

THats actually the best advice... But the thing is - its disguised as a "training" session.
so her trainer will undoubtebly try n bother us... but yeah, i'm going to have to give
her the hint... not interested...

Let me first say that I'm a client of Primerica and have nothing but great things to say about the company. The guy that did some training was able to get me enough money back on my taxes that I paid cash for my A4... $15,000

He saved me $800 dollars a month on my bills and my investments have averaged 12% return!!! I was ready to do the same thing as you and blow them off... but decided what have I got to lose. I have no problem telling people to bug off after I've hear what they have to say but I'll tell you it blew me away!!

I spend enough money every day... it would make sense to understand how to use it better. I was so impressed that I left a great paying job at IBM and when then started working with them. Keep in mind this was after I was a client for two years and saw that what they said was true.

Is your old co-worker a friend or just an acquiantance? Sit through the training, you just might learn something. Don't be afraid, be smart because nobody will convince me that their advise doesn't work... it does!

Yep...it is best for you and for her to know up front that you are not interested...it would be a waste of everyone's time...including her trainier...

to do any investing? I'm really leary if i have to come out of pocket...

We actually currently work for the same company, i just moved to the corprate office...
she's a good aquiantance.

"investments" hmm. so it does sound like u have to front $ up front & wait for
returns ?

In my case I was putting money aside for retirement but not enough, can't retire in 20 years putting $100 a month away. So I decided to put some of the $800, $300 + $100 (I was already saving) = $400. Some would say that I didn't actually save $800 then... what I say is, I was spending $800 to credit card companies. Now I've got $400 back in my jeans and I'm saving $400 for my retirement. The other $100 is going into my kids education savings plan.

I don't know alot about the way the US has setup it's investments... I'm in Ontario, Canada. I'll answer any questions you might have.

The bottom line is everybody's goals and dreams are different but the way I help people doesn't change that much. Your situation will drive your solution. I encourage everyone to just listen and learn. I know that they can help you. There's never been a person I couldn't help.
