ehh..thats a tough one..it would depend on what the presentation is for and what kind it would be. Most importantly is that it cant drown you out or make it diffficult to hear and you MUST make sure to talk over it. I think it could be destracting.. You could have little segways in it maybe.. but would be tough in 3 min.

its a presentation about the anti-trust lawsuit and Microsoft.. i was thinking something with no words, just a decent soft song that is upbeat, and can keep the tempo going.. make sense? that way im not up there just talking i can throw some character into it

it depends on what your putting over, I had to do this once and the item I was given to explain about was a Styrofoam cup and it seemed hard to me then how to talk about a cup for 3 minuets then my mentor regressed me to the beginning of the cups birth (how it was made and why) so I used video to show pictures of the process and get the people engulfed in its process and I could have talked for hours of what I learned

just music in the back ground doesn't work you need video evidence because its a law case study and the pictures will tell the story for you and your just there to point at the obvious to sell the product

n ow that's something you have to do on your own because its gives you an insight on the goings on and how it works, if I just gave you that information you would learn nothing and the course would be a disaster (pictures speak a thousand words) now go find them
