fvck hyundai!...Well I'm kinda glad they're seeing Audi as a main competitor. In their superbowl ad they only mentioned merc and bmw. Still fvck hyundai!

Makes me want to test drive one, take it fast around a corner (read: wearing seat belt), and lose it into a wall or big tree. Then say "Oh, I wasn't really expecting that. My Audi would have made that turn going even faster."

Personally I know it might sound elitist, but fu<k it, I was never one to be politically correct.


I rather say I drive an A8 then oh yeah you see that Hyundai over there, parked next to the Benz, Merc, Audi, BMW, and Bentley, yeah thats mine baby, so wanna go back to my place.

 

I don't like either car... they are WAY TOO BIG!! I like SMALL sedans... like my A4 I drove an A8 before and I felt like I was driving a limo [:'(]

Looks like they're going to be great cars to me. I don't understand the hostility. If offeres 7 Series size, 5 Series luxury and performance for the price of a 3 Series. I think they have a winner on their hands. Hyundai builds good cars, and this is proof of it. I say kudos to them. Give credit where credit is due.....

 

I don't see where it does better... the high-speed video footage only goes so far. I imaging the only thing better, in a crash like that, would be the cost of totaling it out, but that's the insurance companies problem, not mine. Actually, as the consumer, I come out BETTER because *I*, the A8 owner in question(yes, *I* drive one of those *LIMOs*), *I* get a BIGGER check! Of course, I was theoretically paying BIGGER premiums and a BIGGER car-note, already... But then, *I* also get BIGGER props pullin up in an A8 than I would in ANY Hyundai. No matter the size or price, I still win! And, unless Hyundai shows the accident all the way to its conclusion, I remain unconvinced it would fare better than MY D2, a car almost 1 WHOLE decade older than the brand-new for 2008(9?) Hyundai-Genitals.

That's like comparing a new thing to an older thing, or something close to that sort of comparison!

 

what would you rather been seen in ? ? ? ? ? besides just like jazz said they did not even show the whole vid, the crash was not centered it was a driver to driver crash, so from that pass sideview of the Hyundai and a driver view of the A8 so of course the A8 looks worse
show me the crash from above and we can see the crash in a whole new light...
