well its not required in the UK because if you fart you leave a heat signature lol and we dont need police cars to check a tag when you have the most active roadscameras in the world just to boost the taxes

Want Big Brother? Go to England where they have over4.2 millioncameras mounted - that's1 camera for every 14 persons in the country from what I hear.
