No idle when cold A4 B5 1998

She won't idle when cold and have to keep revs up, when she reaches temp all ok. What is the problem? Cold start valve, idler sensor?

Check the crankcase ventilation system, parts are made of plastic & they crack.
Check that its valve isnt stuck & that its working.
Clean the MAF sensor
