the important issue here isn't getting more F1, WRC, etc racing on the air...the REAL goal is to get LESS NASCAR! if you're like me, and completely sick of NASCAR, which is arguably the most boring form of racing in the history of auto racing, then PLEASE sign this petition....even if you don't get SpeedTV, sign the petition anyway.

 

oh, come on, nascar ROCKS baby!!! just think if they had navigators like WRC...... "in three hundred feet medium left... in one hundred feet medium left... turn, medium left... go straight for 700 feet then turn medium left... in 300 feet turn medium left..."

yeah okay, that still doesn't church it up enough to get interested in watching slack jawed yokels go in circles. i'll hit up the petition site immediately.

I watch all of the F1 on Speed. Not so much bikes and WRC, but both are fun to watch. NASCAR is boring because the cars are boring in both street and race versions. The whole thing is to build these high HP school buses and then wait for the wreck. Ok, there is more to it than that, but it still isn't that great to watch. I have enjoyed watching Talledega in the past, so there can be some good races out there on the NASCAR schedule. The ALMS is where it's at. Those are cars that I would actually want to drive - in their race or street incarnations. I'm glad that Speed shows those races as well.

 

I signed it yesterday.. I Hate NASCAR with a passion.. I will watch anyother racing though

 

truly, i think i get a bigger kick out of watching the cub scout pinewood derby than five minutes of nascar. the only thing that could make nascar more exciting would be mandatory crash laps and midgets dressed like clowns hurling five pound burlap sacks of flaming ball bearings and rusted treble hooks onto the track everytime the pack got cruise speed.

 

Done. More WRC and touring cars please!!!!
