How do u blur ur background so it looks like ur car is going really fast?

 

filter > blur > motion blur

 

i know that. I mean when i lasso the car is gives the blur to the car and i want the background to be blurred.

 

after you lasso it....at the top, go to 'select', 'inverse'

sounds like you should go to barnes and noble and pick up a book on PS.. will teach you a lot of tricks you never knew you could do

 

A great little tool is Quick Mask mode. Unless you edited your keyboard preferences... "Q" is the shortcut for it. When in Quick Mask, use black (which is a red translucent color) to mask things out and white to select objects. This is just a more FINE TUNING way to select your Audi... Pixel by Pixel as opposed to the somewhat lame LASSO tools. Hope this helps you.
