AKA New York style(thin) or Chicago Style (Thick)
Just wanted to see what the audi community thought.

Personaly i love Papa Ginos thin crust out of the major pizza corps. but i also liek a local shops thin crust the best of all.

 

im all for thin crust.. and its not really New york stlye they stole it from New Haven..

Actually, "thin-crust" is pretty much the ONLY way you can get pizza, in Italy, unless you find a Pizza-Hut in one of the MAJOR metropolitan areas. THICK, DEEP-DISH crust is a FAT-American innovation.

Thin. Thick crust is just filler.

 

It has to be said, that so called Chicago Style deep dish isn't 'Chicago Style' at all.

Chicago Style is stuffed pizza. Sauce on top. Ala, Giordano's or Gino's.

The crust isn't all that thick. There's more cheese and everything. To eat more than 1 or 2 pieces is asking for a heart attack. Fvck that, eating ONE piece is a good step towards plugging your arteries like a virgin **** star's first film: "My First Forearm"

That being said, I'll take a good pizza either way. Here in the Chi, there are the world famous Gino's and Giordanos. There's also Chicago's Pizza which delivers until 5:00 AM. (!!!!!) However, Pat's Pizza is also amazing, and has the best thin crust that I've ever had.

I'm not going to vote, because if it's good, it's good.

Just trying to clear up some confusion...

 

Thin crust is great... especially for a Margarita Pizza. (thin crust, mozzarella cheese, basil, and tomato sauce). So good.

 

thin is best, but chicago has some amazing deep dish.....if you go to the right places.
one piece and you're full!!!!

now i'm hungry for pizza and it's only 8 a.m.
