Tell me you are going to shoot at least one flaming projectile? Just for me?

Or mabye you should shoot the potato up and then try and shoot it midair on the descent with a shotgun?

 

I wish I would of thought to tape the shop rags dipped in de-natured alcohol that my brothers and i shot into our neighbors yard and tree.

 

I used to wrap rock in shop rags and shoot them. they did quite a bit of damage to.

 

A couple of my buddies built one, and they were using a spark plug and car battery and they wired up a box for the switch. It was a perfect set up and was reliable until they mixed propane and oxygen and the pvc piping exploded...

 

Whatever happened to using good 'ole Aquanet hairspray?

 

Try using a air compressor it Usually safer and easier. funny story. when my class made one for physics with our new teacher we started shooting potatoes into the woods behind school. a guy comes out of the trees holding a potato. my teachers like WTF. were like its probably the tillers. who? the nursing home behind the school. UH OH. lucky no one got hurt but no one else was allowed to make a potato cannon.

 

Mine is working VERY nicely with about a 5 second shot of aqua net, i have to use large apples though because my barrell is 3". I fire one off every couple days from my appartment complex over into some woods about 150 yards away. Ill get a video up, its great.
