Default PP in a Cup

Hey mates!

Since we opened the bar - we came up with a house drink - we call it "PP in a Cup"

Take a tumbler of ice fill it with pineapple juice - add a half shot of Patron Silver and a splash of Malibu Coconut Rum over the top - toss it in a shaker and serve. Quite delicious! [:-]

Does anyone have any original drinks out there - or personal faves that are different from the norm??

Pass them so we can try!

Gracias, m'amigoes!! [8D]

Good recipe for margs:

Mixer:
1/2 can frozen Minute Maid Limeade
1/2 can frozen Minute Maid Lemonade
Mix with 1 can of water instead of 3

In a tumbler mix:
Lots of ice
1-1/2oz Herradura Reposado
1-1/2oz Cointreau (kwan-tro)
splash of o.j.
fill to line with premade mixer.
shake andpour into a marg glass with a salted rim and lots of ice.

your PP in a cup is one liquor swap short of Caribou Lou, (which I finally tried the other week Chaos and it was delicious it might be my new fav mixed drink and everyone at the party loved me when I had it, I made two Nalgenes full and it was gone quick)

recipie for Caribou Lou (adapted from the song yo)
1.5 parts Bacardi 151
1 part Malibu Coconut Rum
5 parts pineapple juice
shake well and serve chilled

I would also check out drinkmixer.com for some great ideas, I can't think of many off the top of my head right now

it sounds weak.. a lot of ice and pineapple juice and a couple splashes of taquilla and rum?

Greatful Dead or Blue Motorcycle ( substitute blue curacao for chambord
vodka, gin, rum, tequila, chambord, sprite, and sweet and sour mix.

here is a favorite from a bartender at my old club in Boston
called the South Beach Slammer
Absolut mandarin, absolut citron, southern comfort, midori, splashes of pineapple, orange and cran.. i think there was more alky, I have it written down because it was soo good. it was his secret specialty drink.

I'm an old school Gin and Tonic guy. 2 parts gin 1 part tonic water. 64 once cup, Ice, and bam, you're on your way to The Doors and Pink floyd making PERFECT sense
