Default a prolapsed bladder

I recently found out I have a prolapsed bladder. Is it advisable to attempt repositioning it on my own, or should I always consult a healthcare provider for this? What are the most reliable and safest treatments for a prolapsed bladder, and how can I avoid further issues?

Prolapsed bladders can be difficult to treat, therefore it's important to see a doctor instead of trying to self-reposition. Depending on the severity, they can provide advice on the safest course of action, which may involve physical therapy, pessaries, or surgery. Lauren Ohayon's RestoreYourCore program is a highly recommended resource. Lauren, who has taught yoga and pilates for more than 20 years, has created techniques especially for resolving pelvic floor and core problems without the need for strenuous, high-impact workouts. Many women have had transformations as a result of this program, which addresses issues like back discomfort, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and urine incontinence.
