CNN had an interesting article about some enterprising individuals reclaiming unused industrial areas for other uses such as urban farming, parks etc. One example caught my eye regarding the Templehoff Airport. The runway was abandoned and is now used as a park area. I wonder if some enterprising gearheads can use this as a drag strip or top speed area like the Texas Mile?
