Remember what memorial day is about.
You guys are my TT family, and I think we've been pretty lucky here that everyone is healthy and safe, but I can't say the same for the other forums I'm a regular on.
Remember what this weekend is about. Not everyone gets to think of it as a three day weekend to relax with friends/family, some families are missing fathers/mothers/sons/daughters who gave the ultimate sacrifice.
This was FearTheEngineer, posted on the old paintball forum I still check from time to time. He was killed Jan 26th, 2005. Kept us updated with pics whenever he could from Iraq, including one of a completely chromed AK. He was killed in an ambush.

If you know anybody MIA/KIA, feel free to post.
So again, thanks to all that have sacrificed in any way, allowing us to hang out on this forum, and BS about our TT's in the relative safety of our own homes/garages.

Was leaving the house today and as I was about to turn onto the main drag in our town, there was a funeral procession lead by the Patriot Guard riders, which meant it was obviously for a fallen soldier. Sure drove home the point you make above.
I personally know no one KIA or MIA currently and I thank the lord for that blessing but a few of my friends have really good friends over in the sand box and I have a few friends who have lost company members and close friends there too, so I am always aware of this weekend and I think you can tell by my sig that I fully support there cause, effort and thank everyone in the armed forces whenever I see them for putting there lives on the line so that I can enjoy my freedoms which I do.
So I'll say this again tomorrow, but to any of our forum members (and I know there are many of you) who serve our Country... Thank you from the bottom of my soul for risking your life so I can have what I love so much.

memorial day is a pause in the lives of use vets who have been, done, seen, smelled, heared, felt and think hell, been three times, will never forget those ive lost and there close ones,or those who will be lost ,and those ive taken. memorial day is sacred to me, god bless those there and have been there and will be there. If you ever see a vet, thank him, for he has done more then most can imagine,
