Default Routan Commericals...Best Ever? Evar?!

So, probably most of you have seen the VW Routan commericals with Brooke Shields talking about people having children simply for the love of German engineering. Well, I never really thought the commercials were that funny, but the other day I saw my first Routan on the road and I immediately thought, "Aha. I know why she chose that car," and I laughed for over a minute. I think those commercials must be brilliant because I don't remember other car campaigns, but I'm going to remember that.

So...those are my thoughts this Sunday morning since I have to wait an entire hour longer today for the stores to open so that I can go shopping. Thanks Daylight Savings.

Hope everyone had a good Halloween!

No, don't do it Sineo! I can already tell you're starting to think about having a child of your own just so you have an excuse to buy a Routan!

This calls for an intervention; friends don't let friends get preggers for a Routan!

It may be too late. Sine's transition from Avant to Routan (or a Q7) is close at hand.

That commercial got her preggers!

heh, not really related but that reminds me of music lyrics that nobody listens to. Funkadelic - Maggot Brain. "Mother Earth is pregnant for the third time... and ya'll have knocked her up"

Oh yeah, forgot to add... the heresy that is the Routan should never be mentioned again beyond this thread, for it is a Dodge Caravan in VW clothing. LAME!

I'd probably have a baby for a Q7. But not a Routan. I'll talk it over with my sweetie, it might be time for a new car.

Just kidding. Kids FTL.

"...I have tasted the maggots in the mind of the Universe - I was not offended; for I knew I had to rise above it all, or drown in my own ****."

Freaking EPIC song. If you have a soul, that song will move you. George Clinton told Eddie Hazel to "play like your mama just died."

I'm gonna ask the 'rents for a turntable for Christmas, and load up on Parliment/Funkadelic vinyl. Probably King Crimson too, well, probably a lot of other old stuff.
I never would have known about ANY of that music if it wasn't for stoners passing on traditions, and vinyl to their kids. And then me smoking up with their kids. ; )
