S4Sweetee, sounds like you know what you are doing and have tired almost everything. I would agree with trying a different brand and possibly a shoe that has a narrower heel, as it sounds like that would fit you.

Sweetee, have you tried body glide? Aside from changing brands, thats the only thing i could think of to get rid of the blisters. Especially surprising because you bought them at a running store.
I just ran a triathlon in Brooks Adrenaline 9's, very pleased with them. I bought them about 2 months before the tri and did most of my training in them. Also got them fitted at a running store, which i recommend to anyone who's serious about running. I was getting pretty bad shin splints in my old shoes, a 2 year old pair of Adidas Xtrainers.
