S4 A6 2.7biT or 4.2 or ... (?please not a Volvo?)
Hey everyone, first post and first question...
A friend asked me if I could help m choose a new car. He drives a prev. generation A6 2.5 TDI upgraded to about a 220-230 hp...
Ashe has driven some true exotics lately (new 911biT, SL65 amg,... ) it suddenly seems he wants a petrol driven break witheven morehp's than the TDI ...
He's been thinking about a A6 2.7 biT most of the time, sometimes considering a ... Volvo S70T5. While I keep insisting on an S4 or a previous gen.A6 4.2 V8...
Could the forum please come with some opinions that are worth being considered...like on:
Isthe bootspace in an S4 that luch smaller than in a A6 (Avant!?)
Is the consumption gap between a 2.7 biturbo an an atmosferic 4.2 really that big?
Any second opinions onto cars to be considered?
grtz

I think a6 4.2 are hawt! I love the flared fenders.
I would also however, suggest maybe an s6 or bmw 335 (just came out) the bmw is a flat 6 twin turbo with some pretty good numbers. and the S6 is just awesome or even better an RS6. lots of options it all just depends on the price range

I have to say the 4.2 A6 but I own one too! You really can't beat that V8 and the fenders are pure sex. I've had people that don't know anything about Audis ask me where I had the fenders done. Add wheels, exhaust and some minor additions and you can't beat them.
S4 baby, nice little car with a lot of tuning potential for power, assuming you get the 2.7T. although i would recommend a volvo S60 R, believe it or not it is pretty bad @$$.
volvo hatin? my friend just got an s60 R and he said he just wasted an s4 the other day. the r's are fast, but I'd take an s4 over any volve but an R. plus it's an audi, and s4's are just like a big ball of gorgeous.
