As a die hard Redskins fan and a fan of football in general I am saddened by the passing of Pro Bowl Saftey Sean Taylor. Sean was a joy to watch every weekend and brought a great deal of passion talent and reason to cheer to the Redskins organization. He will be missed!!

 

As a Bronco fanI know how you feel. I'm sure you're well aware of D. Williams murder on New Years Eve. Taylor did nothing to put himself in a bad situation, just some @$$h0le broke into his home and he did what most of us would do, go downstairs and check it out.

We here in Bronco Countrygreive with Redskin fans and our thoughts and prayers go out to his little girl.

 

There seems to be something weird about the situation though. It seems like one of the news stories I read stated that there had been several (attempted) break-ins at his residence over the last few weeks. In one of them, a kitchen knife was left on the bed. If that is the case, I have got to believe this was avoidable. Either way, I personally do not belive this was a simple case of attempted robbery.

Can't remember which of the news sites I read that on though.

 

I have read all the reports as well and I agree, there is something that just doesnt sit well with me, something that we are not being told or something that isnt known yet. However no matter what the circumstances were he was a great athlete and will be sorely missed among his family, friends, fansand the football community in general.

not a 'Skins fan, but I live in teh area, and we are ALL talking about this one... I concur that there is probably some as yet untold aspect to the circumstances that has not been revealed, to date.
