Default sheesh no wonder I was leaking washer fluid

this thing was a pain in the neck. this pump doesn't exsist anymore. but i figured out a way to fix it with a cheap 20 pump from advanced auto. and about 5 bucks at home depot on rubber line and brass fittings. But yeah i think its broke pretty good. Don't know why I'm posting this. But I have no idea how it actually worked to begin with.

well it seems like everytime you have to fix something simple you have to remove parts. that have nothing to do with it. all the drivers side headlight backings have to come out and the wiring harnesses as well as the thing that holds them. then the power steering resevoir has to move. thats just for the pump. im glad I didnt have to do it but it looks like to take out the resevoir you have to remove the tire. the inner fender panel and it'd probably be much easier to remove the fender too. i just hate the fact that the dealer told me that pump doesn't exsist anymore and you have to buy like 3 little retrofit clips for like 30 bucks just for little plastic things. to make the harness fit. I spent 5 at home depot and made my own. much easier.

dealer had the same pump I bought from advanced for 25 bucks. but yeah. I didn't feel like taking the wheel well apart or lifting the car to remove the tire. It was just as easy. only took like a hour. But it was a pain in the ***.
