Hey guys, I got the invite for the 2009 Jetta TDI Cup, an eight race season in 30 identical Jetta TDI's hosted by Volkwagen America. The entry fee is 45,000 dollars plus a 7,000 dollar crash claus. I've got 11 years of racing experience under my belt too, so I believe I've got a shot at this, I'm just not very stable financially at the moment. I've got the first 15,000 covered, any help is appreciated, the company will recieve a sticker on the hood and front bumper of the car, remember, all races will be televised on SPEEDTV. We will be running with IRL, GRAND-AM, ALMS and SPEED World Challenge. I have a lot more info on my racing background and I can answer any questions you may have about the series.

YUP! I bought it in the airport in Manchester, it was the first time i got EC. I liked it i might get a subscription.

EC is ok. It was nicer before Audi updated body styles got away from the 1.8T. Don't see any hop up parts reviewed for the 1.8 anymore, and (for what I'm interested in) they're done with the Mk I TT and moved on to the Mk. II. I'll make it in that mag eventually. There was an article on a Mk. I TT a couple months ago, the dude had a chip and downpipe over me, otherwise, almost exact suspension setup, which is what the article was focused on mostly.
