yeah, I was in MIA this past summer and I loved it.

 

and summertime actually has the worst weather. rains way too much. if you come now its like 70-80 degrees out with clear blue skies. not too hot but not too cold. i love it. the only bad thing is cold wind

 

I'm up early today and working off a hang over. It really sucks that Matt Hughes lost last night. Ruined my whole night. Now I have a pounding headache.

So, I'm sitting here at work, right, after pulling 95% of an all-nighter, with rayveedub & his Super Friends, doing my outer CV joints. Mixed results on the CV joint rebuild, and I'll post that in the A8 section (since it's an A8... DUH!).


But here's why I'm posting...

I'm sitting her, right? Watching TV, OK? And I wake up to the movie Inspector Gadget on the tube... As I'm gaining awareness of my surroundings, and remembering WHERE I am, and whay I'm getting paid for, I notice teh scene on the TY shows the main character (i.e. the Inspector) sneaking into a secure warehouse, AND THEY SHOW THE SECURITY GUARD *ASLEEP* AT THE MONITORS, while the so-called *good* guy BREAKS INTO PRIVATE PROPERTY and STEALS some article teh so-called evile guy had inder some high-tech security system. Here's my problem with this: WHY they allus GOTTA show the Security Guard ASLEEP?!?!?! WHY?!?!?! [sm=WTFsgign.gif] Why they always STEREOTYPING Security Guards?!?!?!

Well, I've said MY piece. I gotta go get some dohnuts and milk, then catch up on some ZZZZZZ's

 

Just about to do some Accounting 1 homework, also looking for an article for Macroeconomics class.

Sitting here halfassing this psychology paper and wondering what the hell does this have to do with an engineering degree...its about false memory and its affect on our social and legal system. Just the summary left to do (I smell another A-) lol. Other than that its another boring sunday.

Hahaha AWDaholic I don't know how you do it. I worked as a guard for a while, it was so boring I wanted to shoot myself. Then I got reassigned to Tiffany's in a freakin mall[:'(] It was fun checkin out the hot sales associates and lonely-rich-bored-snobby wives but after a while it was depressing to stare at jewelry worth 3-4X my car.

 

lol! I'm sure you wouldn't be distracted by a hot girl either telling you have she thinks you guys should go out sometime. Only a master criminal with microscopic tranquilyzing darts will ever get anything past you. [8D]
