We lost a guy, in training to be a Vol. FF, here in teh DC area, not too long ago. They're at the "assigning blame to everybody" phase of teh investigation[&o].

Had a friend, years ago, who did that sorta thing on the flight-line, at MCAS Cherry Point, til he blew out his knee and took a medical out. He's a choir-director, last I heard.
