So Timmy is a pigeon i resqued today. It cant really fly, everytime it tries it drops to the ground.

My gf named him timmy and i thought its a cool name for a pigeon. fits him ya know.

He was in the service drive all day today tryin to fly around and finally before i left work i put him in a box and brought him home with me. now hes in a box with bread crumbs and water hopefully he will survive the night.

Tomorrow morning im caling westmont city to see if they are missing a piegon or whats going on because Timmy is not afraid of people, he lets you take him freely and has a tag on his leg with some numbers.

I use to help pigeons back in bg all the time.

Hope he survives the night. I also have a pic of timmy, ill post it sometime tomorrow maybe.

Update on timmy guys, hes well and the usuall self. Ive left the box open by the door all morning and hes stil there just lookin around. He doesnt want to fly. So im just going to feed him for now see if he gets the courage to go out again.

What is weird is that he really seems happy where he is.

Last night he was all over the service drive and was just flyin around. Its almost like he loves people

Btw, does anyone know what agency i can call for his tag?

lol.. here is 2 pics of timmy. Oh and the reason im asking about controlling ageencies is because theres a tag on his leg. Obviously he has been captured before and i need to talk to someone who knows about where he is from. I will be very sad when he leaves [&o]

 

He looks cool as hell! haha I bet the SPCA will know where he belongs. Usually if they have a tag, they were meant for sale or somebody owns them.

hell, he probably tagged you as an easy mark, instantroom and board- he's now calling up his buddies - soon you'll start seeing pigeons in boxes by door steps everywhere
